Since we moved into our house over 3 years ago, there has been about a half inch gap between the laminate on the counter and the wall behind the sink. Someone had tried to fix it before with a piece of wood, but it had rotted. Since then it has just sat there. We thought about putting up some tile on a backer board and a few other ideas that weren't really that promising and actually quite expensive.
Well a couple of months ago, I saw some one's kitchen redone and they used bead board and a cope mold at the bottom to finish and it was the perfect solution! We already have bead board in the back half of the house and I thought it would tie it together nicely! Ty did an awesome job and it only took a few hours start to finish!
Take a look at the before and after! I love, love, LOVE it!!
