That's sad. I'm sorry. As for knowing Traci and Elliot... I don't really know Elliot but I know his wife Traci. She was in my stake back home. We would participate in youth choirs, girls camp, and other stake activities together.
Just be glad you caught it when you did, Josh see's lots of houses where the water hs sat for a while and grown mold- Sill it's no fun to have to deal with all the water and damage.
