Randomness

Here are just a few of the random things we've been up to lately. Enjoy!

After finally deciding what we wanted to do with it, the last bedroom gets a serious makeover.
These were the colors of the all the walls of the whole house when we bought it last year! Yikes! Just a little too much pink and green for me.

Ty made all the wainscoting and I helped! :) It turned out to be amazing! It looks even better in person than in the pictures. We still have to do the decorating, however.

Okay, okay...I really did do more than just vacuuming! It's now been turned into a scrapbook/sewing room just for me! :)

I came home from work one day to see a cute little bouquet of wildflowers sitting on the counter. So Sweet!

On Friday afternoon Ty and Sniff shared a nap together on the love sac! (Ty has his hoodie on so the dogs would stop licking his head!) LOL!

I couldn't resist just one more!

After canning tomatoes all day, we decided to take the night off and be kind of lazy! Ahhh! We went to a nearby bakery and got these to enjoy for dinner with our Redbox Movie and cuddled up on the couch! The Perfect Ending to a Great Day!

SOOOO GOOOOOOD!!!

The next morning we woke up to see this out the window! The dogs and I were so excited! I love snow!! I called me parents early to see if they got snow too! They didn't seem nearly as thrilled, especially since they were still in bed! oh well!

Sunday afternoon we went for a drive up Shoshone Basin Road and let the dogs get out for a minute and enjoy the snow!

Well...that's enough randomness for now. Watch for more to come!

  9. That red room is darling.... Yes, blogging is really fun.... How are you guys doing? I hope married life is treating you good. Yesterday, at my parents club house, there was a surprise party for aunt Veneda turning 80. It was fun. Grandma and Grandpa Sleight came down and it was really nice to see them before they go on down to yuma. My mom said yo all went on a little family vacation. Good! Those are the best. Well, tell everyone hi. and tell McKay it took my mom a long time to find the dragon head after the last swimming party (ha ha). Have a safe trip home.

    Take Care:)

  10. Ashlee--Haha. The "bubble" effect is just the dust floating around in the air while I was vacuuming. Sorry for the let down.

As for the desserts we got them at the Fred Meyers Bakery. They have all kinds of really delicious "gourmet" desserts!
