Last Sunday we had a bunch of friends and family over for Kate's blessing. It was wonderful! Two of Ty's sisters came with their girls and all of my siblings and their spouses, if applicable, except Bob who had to work. Both of our parents and a few other uncles and aunts were able to make it as well as several friends.
Kate looked beautiful in her blessing gown. It was fun to have her wear the same that Josie and I wore for our blessings. Her bonnet was made by one of Ty's coworkers and her bracelet came from her Aunt Cassi.
Ty gave her a beautiful blessing with many great promises and I knew the spirit had touched us deeply. I had a chance to bear my testimony as well. What a powerful meeting!
After church we came back and had a baked potato luncheon for everyone. The food was soooo good!
